Located in Davenport, this 3-bedroom house offers an enjoyable stay for guests. With 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds, Also a twin size cot this terrific property provides a cozy space for relaxation. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Enjoy the enclosed pool as well as soak in the hot tub after a long day over looking the waterfront located in the back of the home with great fresh water fishing. Less than 10 miles from Disney and 16 miles from Universal. Many near by stores for shopping

Beautiful well equipped villa. Close proximity to loads of eateries and supermarkets. Large pool area. Host was easy to contact and any issues were quickly resolved. Only downside to property was the close proximity to busy road which was noisy.

Check in was super simple. I will notate that my GPS took me to the neighborhood across the street though. Place was clean and had some snacks, which was pretty nice. Location wasn't too far from theme parks. Lots of places nearby tp eat and Publix wasnt very far either. Host was super responsive as well.

Our family of four had a great time timing staying at this property. Rebecca is a responsive host who was always ready to assist with any questions we had. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities to relax after a long a day at Disney World. The functioning hot tub was a huge hit with our daughters and the lake out back has some big bass! We look forward to booking this property again for our future trips to Orlando/Disney World.
