The Space:
Five bedrooms. Seven beds. A Marvel-themed game room, a screened pool, and a spa waiting just outside the back door. This Solterra Resort home in Davenport is built for families and groups who want Disney-distance convenience without giving up the comforts and character of a real home.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across five bedrooms, this home sleeps up to 11 guests across seven beds. Every bedroom comes with a Smart TV, so winding down after a full day at the parks means everyone gets their own screen and their own space. The single-level layout keeps the whole group on one floor and easy to navigate together.
Game room & family fun
The Marvel-themed game room earns its place as the heart of the home. A pool table, game console, board games, and themed decor make it a natural gathering point for guests of all ages. Families traveling with little ones are well covered - a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's books, toys, and children's dinnerware are all available.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts before a park day to full group dinners on a slower evening. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided. A dining table brings everyone together, and when the mood calls for it outdoors, barbecue utensils and a BBQ grill are ready on the backyard patio.
Outdoor living
The screened lanai opens onto a private pool and attached spa, both yours for the stay. Pool and spa heating is available for $25 per night and must be purchased for the entire stay - guests must request it at least 2 days before check-in. The pool heats to approximately 91°F. The attached spa is not a standalone hot tub and only heats when pool heating is purchased; in spa mode it can reach approximately 102°F. While the spa is heating, the pool temporarily pauses heating. Temperatures may be lower during colder weather. Outdoor furniture and a backyard complete the setup for relaxed evenings outside.

The attached spa is not a standalone jacuzzi; it only heats when pool heating is added and can reach up to 102°F in spa mode, at which time the pool will pause heating. Please note that in colder weather the water may take longer to heat and may not always reach the maximum temperature.

We just got back from this beautiful home and we loved it so much! I will try to answer questions I had beforehand. The clubhouse and gym are literally around the corner, easy to walk to and lots of fun (maybe a 3 minute walk). We basically used it for the gym but did a couple of days at the lazy river. The house was clean and fully stocked. There was enough hand soap, shampoo, body wash and garbage bags for the 5 of us for 1 week. There was a tub of dishwasher pods and a big bottle of dish soap with a giant roll of paper towels. There were 3 or 4 laundry pods, we bought a small bag of our own to make sure we could do laundry as we wanted to. There were beach towels and a bath towel/hand towel and face cloth for each bed in the house (we prefer fresh towels more often so we washed them when needed. There was a fan in each closet along with a laundry hamper which was super convenient. We noticed there wasn't a cutting board and when the host checked in with us I mentioned it...one was delivered the next morning! We all loved the air conditioned game room (especially the original Nintendo games), the pool and hot tub area were private with nobody behind us and shrubs on both sides, and the house itself was clean and felt very safe. Most of all the host is awesome. I messaged him plenty of times and he responded quickly each time helping with anything and everything! You won't be disappointed if you chose this home! I would definitely stay again.
