Must be paid directly to Solterra Resort. (The resort fee is $35+tax for up to 12 guests, and $45+tax if there are more than 12 guests. Fees cover all party members in the house for the entirety of their stay. If you don’t use the community amenities, this fee does not need to be paid.)

- USEFUL INFORMATION



• PARKING

Parking is free.



The community allows up to 5 cars per unit to enter the resort.



Vehicles must not be parked on the sidewalk nor on the grass.



Street parking is not permitted.



There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.



Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort.



> Failure to follow the community guidelines may result in the car being towed at the guest's expense.





• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.



Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.





• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL

1-Cost: $35 per day.

2-Request 24 hours in advance.

3-Pool heating must be turned on for the entire stay, or for a minimum of 3 days.

4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.



The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.





• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL

There is a extra charge of $65+tax to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill only, it does not include a propane tank. You may trade in propane tank for a full one or use any left over.





• TRASH DISPOSAL

Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.





• HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.





• ONLINE PURCHASE

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

Only UPS, DHL, FEDEX, Amazon delivers them.
