About this house rental
Our family owned vacation home includes an open plan living space with plenty of seating for all while watching our 65” 4K TV together, high speed internet and WI-Fi access.
We understand how important it is that our home is kept in top condition, and to keep our home stocked with the necessities for you to feel like you`re at home.
Villa layout details: well equipped modern kitchen. The dining room shares space with the living room and kitchen, making it an awesome common area.
There are 5 bedrooms: Our Safari themed bedroom is our main bedroom and on the 1st floor with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs; the Jurassic Park and Star Wars bedrooms have queen size beds with a shared bathroom located conveniently between the 2 bedrooms. Both children`s, Pirates and Princess and Fairytale bedrooms have twin size beds and a shared bathroom close by.
You and your family can go to our games room to enjoy some family friendly competition, with our pool and foosball tables, or watch some tv. Want to relax in your own outdoor oasis, enjoy swimming in the private pool or soaking up some of that Florida sun surrounded by nature!
Here`s what`s included for day one (please note we provide starter supplies and are not replenishing during your stay but plenty of stores are just minutes away):
Starter coffee station with a few Keurig pods
Quality toiletries in dispensers — not tiny hotel packets
Shampoo, conditioner & body wash
Hand soap and dish soap
Paper towel & trash bags (starter supply)
Laundry detergent & dishwasher pods included

Quiet area. Great for relaxing. Love the pool! We loved that we could still swim in October with the pool heated! Property managers, Alison and Hiracio did a great job!

This property is close and convenient to everything. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house and pool area seems very private as it has undeveloped land on 2 sides.The house is very spacious, and clean upon arrival. There were things to get you started, like garbage bags, dish detergent, laundry soap, toilet paper etc. until you could get to store.The house is a rental so it comes with normal dings and wear. It could use a few updates but nothing that affects the functionality of the home.The property manager was very attentive and addressed any issues very quickly and efficiently. They checked in on us a few times while treating the pool to make sure everything was going well and if there was anything we needed.Overall a great time was had by all and we felt at home.

Great location short drive to Orlando so easy to get to all the parks quiet street plenty of wildlife at night response from the property managers is responsibly fast

We enjoyed being able to spread it and not be crammed into s hotel. We visited Universal studios and Disney during our stay.
