Nestled in the heart of the peaceful neighbourhood of Vincentia, this beautifully renovated coastal cottage offers the ultimate blend of modern luxury and relaxed beachside charm.
Just a quick 3-minute drive (or a leisurely 10-minute walk) to Vincentia’s pristine beaches, shops and cafes, it's an idyllic retreat for families, couples, or small groups seeking a relaxing break.
Step inside to a thoughtfully renovated interior, curated for guest comfort and convenience.
The three cosy bedrooms sleep up to 5 (6 on request) two with plush queen beds and one with two singles. All feature high-quality mattresses, ceiling fans, and ample wardrobe space.
A inviting coastal inspired living area provides comfy 2 and 3-seater sofas, air conditioning, and a smart TV with DVD player ready for movie nights.
Adjoining is the dining room with a table for six, perfect for sharing meals or diving into the selection of board games or toys.
Recently renovated, the luxury bathroom features high-end finishes including rain head shower, and a separate toilet, while the new laundry adds a second toilet, basin, mirror, and washing machine.
The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, stocked to entertain, with everything from a Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich press and rice maker. Coffee, tea and condiments are provided.
Venture outdoors to a relaxing entertaining space: a expansive deck twinkling with fairy lights with a top-notch BBQ, comfy lounge seating. Curl up and read a book in the egg chair, or enjoy outdoor dining and alfresco evenings under the stars.
A spacious fenced yard includes a fire pit (available seasonally from April to September, with chopped logs provided) for toasty gatherings.
Guest access:
All parts of the house are accessible to guests except for two locked cleaning cupboards. There is no access to the garage.

The firepit can be used between 1st April and 30th September as per NSW Rural Fire Service Bushfire Danger Period. Chopped logs are provided.
