Location was incredible, right on the beach as the name says. You could walk to Coles. I liked the granny flat which accommodated the parents in their own little space.
The property is quite old and needs some general maintenance and repairs such as painting, furniture, deep clean, shower seal. The beds were double and not queen which was annoying as they have the space for queen beds.

The communication with host - not good at all, not flexible and wouldn't answer emails.

Loved the location and proximity to the beach
The view over Jervis Bay was amazing
Air conditioner didn’t work in little house and the Austar wouldn’t work in either place
