Things have been tough financially, for everybody… So we have have reduced our prices to help guests to get away. You deserve a break.
Come on down to the South Coast and support the locals and have a great time while doing so!
Take a drive to places like Bendalong, Manyana, Sussex Inlet and Ulladulla.
Blenheim Beach House is located opposite Blenheim Beach at the leafy end of Vincentia, 5 mins walk to Jervis Bay National Park and through to Hyams Beach, boasting the whitest sand in the world.
Perfectly located for a getaway, Vincentia is a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney or Canberra.
Whales are heading South now, so a great time to stay with us and go out with Dolphin Watch Cruises and see the majestic whales.
Vincentia is a 2.5hr drive south of Sydney. Jervis Bay itself is 15 km long and 10 km wide and is the deepest sheltered harbour in Australia, with more than 30 km of beaches winding the bay. Within Booderee National Park, the Botanical Gardens feature rugged sandstone outcrops, swamplands and wet gullies covering a total of 80 hectares. The park offers numerous walking tracks to suit all abilities.
Booderee also boasts some of the nicest beaches and best snorkelling locations and a fantastic sheltered boat ramp at Murrays Beach.

Sit back, relax and laze on the front deck while listening to waves of Blenheim Beach rolling in. Take a leisurely stroll over to the beach for a swim or just soak up the sun.
The home has a great beachside feel, the perfect place to kick back relax and enjoy your holiday. Covered main deck is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor setting which is ideal for your group to cook up a storm while enjoying the peace and natural bird life.
At night a whole other world comes to life as you listen to the possums and sugar gliders as they get busy enjoying the Vincentia nightlife! If your adventurous get the family together, grab a good torch and go for a night bush walk, its really an experience! Ask us for recommendations of where to go.
Accommodation (nightly rates are based on 4 guests), additional cost of $40 per person per night after 4 guests (including all linen).
Sleeping up to 13, the home consists of 5 bedrooms.
Bedding: 2 queen size, 2 double with single bunk above (tri bunks), 1 double and single trundle.
2 Bathrooms each with shower and toilet.
Solar Hot Water system with 320L tank.
Solar electricity generation.
Lovely gardens.
Plenty of off street parking on the newly concreted driveway and parking area.
Large mostly covered wrap around deck with hooded BBQ.
Large dining tables inside and on the deck to accommodate everyone at meal times
Games room with table tennis, punching bag and darts.
Lovely kitchen with everything you need including the dishwasher
Large french door fridge and bottom drawer freezer
Bar fridge for drinks.
All new bookings after 1 August 2019 we now include linen for all guests.
Note: linen includes us making all the beds you require with 2 sheets, 2-4 pillow cases, bath towels, face washes and a hand towels for all.
Just don't forget your beach towels.

My mates and I had fantastic time at David and Sharon’s house, it has everything you could need and is very relaxing, the communication was excellent and and check in was a breeze, this will definitely by my go to place when I need to escape the city!!

The house was exactly as listed which made the holiday much better. No stress with check in or out. All beds were made and the house was clean and tidy. If your willing to pay a little more for a place that exceeds expectations this is the place.

There is a lot to love about Blenheim Beach House- location close to lovely beaches and bush surroundings. It has a great outdoor living space and plenty of room for our family group of 9. However, one of the reasons I chose the property was the high ratings for cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. We had to do some cleaning before we were able to relax and enjoy the property.
