On the first floor is the comfortable, sun-drenched living-dining room with flat-screen cable TV, CD/radio/DVD system, Wi-Fi, and a large collection of DVDs and games, as well as a separate, modern brand-name kitchen (microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, Jura fully automatic coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, classic filter coffee maker, waffle iron, air fryer) and the bathroom with a walk-in shower, washer, and dryer.
A spacious staircase leads you to the second level, where you’ll find the bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m) and the living studio, which can be used as a second living room or as a bedroom (double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m) depending on occupancy, as well as an additional restroom.
