General Information: The spacious attic apartment on the first floor and first floor spans 90 m² and is ideal for 5 adults plus one child (up to about 6 years old) and a baby in a crib. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the building’s basement. An iron and an ironing board are available for shared use, as is a luggage rack for arrival and departure. For convenient luggage transport, 3–4 hand carts from Haus KarlsRuhe are available at the harbor. Upon arrival at the house, please return them to the harbor as soon as possible. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
