Two bedrooms including a double with basin and a bunk, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over. The living area is open-plan and comprises of a kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric stove. The heating is electric storage heaters and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. For entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power are included. To the outside is a shared garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, along with shared parking for two cars. Two pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted. 1.4 miles to a shop, 0.4 miles to a pub and beach. Note: Guests have access to on-site facilities, including a laundrette with a washing machine and tumble dryer that take £1 coins and cost £3 per wash, a hosepipe and tap in a neighbouring field to rinse off wetsuits and dogs, along with a Play Barn area, games room, badminton and table tennis. 8 Ty'n Don is a lovely escape to a scenic corner of Wales.
