Duplex apartment. Two bedrooms including a double and a twin served by a shower room with walk-in shower. There is also a cloakroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire. The heating is electric and the kitchen houses an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. For entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power is inc. in rent. Communal off-road parking for two cars is available. On-site facilities include a laundrette with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus there is a games room wit table tennis and badminton. Two pets are welcome, but smoking is not permitted. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 0.7 miles, beach 0.4 miles. 2 Ty’n Don is an appealing escape to North Wales.
