Inside, the main level welcomes you with a spacious living area featuring a cozy gas fireplace and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space for gathering with family and friends. The primary bedroom is located on this level, complete with a comfy king bed and private bath.
The upstairs loft offers additional lounging space with a sleeper sofa, a queen bedroom, and a shared hall bath. On the lower level, enjoy a game room with a pool table and flat-screen TV, plus a half bath and a bedroom with a full-size bed.
Step outside to relax on the wide deck, soak in the bubbling hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fire pit for stargazing and s’mores.
Just minutes away, the New River invites you to kayak, canoe, tube, or fish along its gentle, winding waters. Everything about this stay was wonderful—from the beautiful home to the peaceful, secluded setting. The hot tub was a definite highlight! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

We wanted to be remote and among the beautiful fall colors. We also wanted to hike and sit by a good fire to reminisce. All goals were achieved in a beautiful clean homey setting.

Overall, such a great place to stay! Deer galore and private area to relax. The only gripes we had from our experience was from the landscaping crew. My wife and I checked in on time, and no more than 10 minutes after arriving, landscapers came by to cut the grass while we were trying to settle in. The next morning, more landscapers came by while we were waking up to weed eat and blow debris off our porch....during the stay. Outside of that, our vacation was one to remember. Agency staff were pleasant to work with. Highly recommend checking out their properties!
