No parties or events. Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. Evidence of a party (excessive noise after quiet hours, large unregistered gatherings, excessive trash, damages, or neighbor complaints) will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate eviction, and possible reservation cancellation without refund.
No illegal substances. Possession or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances on the property is prohibited. If illegal substances are discovered, we will notify local authorities immediately.
Firearms / weapons. Guests may possess firearms only if possession is lawful under local, state, and federal law. Firearms must be stored unloaded and secured in a locked case or inside a locked vehicle when not under the guest’s immediate control. No discharge, no brandishing, and no unsafe handling of firearms on the property. If we discover illegal weapons or unsafe/illegal use of firearms, we will contact local authorities and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.

I absolutely loved my stay at this home! The space was even better than the photos — clean, modern, and very comfortable. Each bedroom had plenty of space, and having three full bathrooms made it super convenient for our group. The master bedroom has a bathroom inside the room with a lovely balcony to enjoy as well.The open kitchen and living area were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail really made it feel like home.The location couldn’t have been better — close to Forest Park, SLU, and downtown, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and parking was easy to find right outside.The host was fantastic — friendly, quick to respond, and made check-in and checkout simple and stress-free.Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in St. Louis. I’d definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!
