Great location, close to downtown and multiple venues, safe, friendly, clean lots of space, neighborhood felt safe with 5 teenage girls for our rental.
For our daughter's concert teenage experience, everything was great. Our daughters noticed a scent that was unusual - it was not prominent in the unit. May have been coming from the adjoining unit.

We liked that there were 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds. We like that there was a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs, both with a shower included. We liked the location of the place, both in its closeness to the tourist stuff downtown and that a restaurant, coffee/breakfast place, and a park were in walking distance.
The parking was misleading. We were told there were 4 spots, 2 for us and 2 for side A. We were told if we needed more, street parking was available. In reality, there were only 3 spots, and one was for the owner’s car. Because there was someone in side A the entire stay, they took the 2 available spots. We had to circle the block multiple times and get lucky when we needed a parking spot. There also was only 1 bowl and 1 plate in the entire kitchen. We were not told that we had to provide our own paper products. Finally, the coffee pot wasn’t clean when we arrived. I made our first pot that morning, and the pot already had grounds and leftover coffee in it.

that is was big enough for my family
The location by so many bars on a Saturday night, the AC was horrible, it was record breaking temps, I get that but we had to sleep downstairs due to the ac no working upstairs. We were not given enough towels for the people we told them were going to be there.
