Location and accommodations were exactly as advertised. Would recommend this to anyone for easy access to St. Louis and the Grove neighborhood.

Review could've been better if the place received more love / touch ups. Sitting area furniture isn't functional and needs replacement. Same area needs a coat of paint, walls are worn. I spent the entire stay in the bedroom as a result. JZ sent many texts requesting a selfie and a copy of my drivers license after occupying the unit, with zero explanation or mention om the vrbo listing. Had to manually operate the garage since there was no remote, nor any answers from their team upon calling. I will return to renting from individual hosts from here forward. They know their properties and maintain them to a much higher standard.

House was exactly as pictured. It was beautifully updated, and very well stocked. The only negative thing I could say at all is the sofa is not comfortable, but we were gone most of the day during the two days we were there.

House is in a neighborhood is in process of gentrification, some abandoned buildings which was a bit disconcerting, bedrooms were comfortable but a bit sparse in decoration, smoke smell throughout the house was disappointing and definitely need new living room furniture
