I liked the new home. The owners have fully thought about everything. nothing was missing. A Lidl store nearby, which was pleasing. The town of Rethymn is only a few kilometers away. Good communication by car, it is too far and unsafe to walk. I am glad I chose this villa.
The neighboring villa is very close, there was a lot of noise behind the fence.

Great (soft) beds, a lot of space (kitchen, eating room, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bed rooms on first floor in the biggest part of the villa), location near Rethymnon, good taverna and cafe on walking distance
Be aware that the villa are actually two separated houses. For our family of four this wasn't an issue at all, but if you travel with a larger group, be aware that you need to go outside to enter the other house (which has its own bathroom and kitchen by the way). Heating and TV were not working. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the swimming pool.
