Just returned from a wonderful family week at this spacious apartment . We booked because of the outdoor space and certainly we weren’t disappointed ! It really has a lovely location and amazing place to sit outside and watch the sunset . So much space for sun loungers / outside eating and playing table tennis . George the host is so accommodating and his Mum even cooked a lovely moussaka that we enjoyed one evening . We would love to return
As per other reviews , you don’t get the amazing views without a bit of uphill effort ! We didn’t have a car and enjoyed the challenge of walking up hill with 10litre bottles of water . But taxis are opposite supermarket (15 min walk ) or outside the old town . Prices from 6-8 euros .

Prachtig, rustig gelegen huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal voor ons gezelschap van 9 personen. De tuin met zwembad, ligstoelen, speeltoestellen, grote bbq, hangmatten en diverse tuinsets, met uitzicht op Rethymnon en de zee is grandioos. De host is erg vriendelijk. Hij communiceerde snel en had culinaire verrassingen voor ons.

The villa is spacious and functional. We had upto 9 people in the villa at times and it was not an issue. The villa is very clean and has been renovated to a decent modern standard. AC is really cool throughout and it comes with all the kitchen appliances needed. But where this property excels is the garden. The property has a huge garden with a decent sized pool and the view is absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. The BBQ is fantastic and the outdoor dining table is excellent for entertaining. The villa is very close to the local town, and as a lover of great cuisine I was not disappointed at all by the huge amount of quality fine dining restaurants, so many to choose from we just googled them and went to the ones with the highest ratings and we’re not disappointed! The owner of the villa George is a great guy and was always on hand should we need anything. His family take care of all the cleaning and come twice a week and also clean the pool properly. Me and my family stayed in the family for a month and had a truly memorable holiday here! would love to come back again sometime! PS - please feed the cats like we did if you stay in villa princess! We grew very fond of them!!

We arrived at the property to be greeted by George the owner. He was very informative about the property & welcomed us with Raki shots.
The villa was fantastic with brilliant outdoor area & pool which was great for my toddler grandson. There was everything you could possibly need for your holiday. We would definitely recommend this villa to our family & friends & would certainly consider returning to Villa Princess if we go back to Crete.
The only negative for me was the mattresses were a bit too hard for me.
