For those who have the idea of spending the summer holidays or year-end close to the beach enjoying the peace that it offers with the noise of his solitary waves here is the proposal of a stately and spacious villa in the center of the seaside of Leuca in southern Salento, close to all commercial services useful, and is just 350 mt. from the coast. It consists of 3 large bedrooms, large kitchen with dining area and two bathrooms with a bath and the other with shower. Can host up to 9 people (6 adults and 3 children). Equipped with climate in all environments and TV.

We had a wonderful unforgettable stay! Nicolas and Mirella are very friendly, gave us detailed information before and during our stay and were always available for questions. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean! We also received helpful restaurant tips from Nicolas! Overall 5 out of 5 stars.

Spazi ampi e luminosi, buona posizione a pochi passi dal mare a a pochi chilometri dalle più belle spiagge del Salento, proprietari disponibili e solleciti ad ogni richiesta.

La casa è grande, spaziosa e ventilata oltre ad essere molto carina.
Noi (famiglia 4 persone) abbiamo soggiornato veramente bene.
I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e precisi.
Molto comoda la doccia esterna sul terrazzo da cui esce acqua tiepida (non fredda) veramente adatta dopo una giornata passata al sole.
I climatizzatori potentissimi sono stati usati solo di notte (per una settimana circa) e la differenza pagata per il loro utilizzo è stata irrisoria (di pochi euro).
Esperienza positiva che consiglio a tutti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella casa tra agosto e settembre. La villetta si trova in una zona tranquilla, servita da ogni tipo di negozio e corrisponde pienamente a quanto descritto sull'annuncio: molto pulita, spaziosa e ben tenuta. Ringraziamo di cuore Nicola e Mirella, i padroni di casa,che sono stati veramente ospitali e disponibili in ogni momento.
