This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, well-cared for property. We just completed a very relaxing month long stay at the property. Giuseppe and Patrizia were gracious and helpful hosts. There were several holidays during our stay and they gave us tips on what will be closed and open and to be sure to have reservations, etc. They could not have been more pleasant. The property is easily walkable to everything Santa Maria di Leuca has to offer. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this home.

we entered in a heat wave, guiseppe immediately offered the air conditioning, at a reasonable extra price. it is fairly new and very powerful which was essential at 40°C. the house is nice and has everything you need. we lived as a family of 5. the terrace was only useful later in the stay due to heat, but then it was lovely with a breeze and the grill. communication with Giuseppe and his wife was very friendly and they answered immediately to any request.

Excellent experience. Clean, comfortable and spacious. There is no pool, but you are very close to the ocean. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and an easy drive to beautiful beaches on both coasts. Property manager was attentive and helpful.
