La casetta è il cortile molto accoglienti, belli e puliti. È necessario arrivare in macchina, ma parcheggio in cortile di fronte della casa.

Graziosissimo bilocale a piano terra praticamente nuovo e con vista mare. Ben arredato, spazioso e con tutto l'occorrente. Bagno ampio con box doccia e bidet. Ampio patio verandato con tavolo e seggiole per mangiare fuori. Posto auto davanti casa e recintato. Si trova sulla strada provinciale, poco trafficata, per cui è silenzioso e la posizione lo rende perfetto per raggiungere a piedi la bellissima spiaggia di Felloniche con sabbia dorata digradante verso il mare. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, anche a risolvere prontamente un piccolo problema che c'è stato. Davvero premurosi.
