This spacious place offers the perfect retreat for singles or couples looking to relax while exploring Washington, D.C. Enjoy the excellent amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine during your stay.
Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined residential area, this apartment provides easy access to both the city's attractions and neighborhood essentials. You'll find yourself just one block from Metro and bus lines, and within walking distance to Columbia Heights, Rock Creek Park, and President Lincoln’s Cottage.
The apartment comfortably hosts two, and is great for singles on a work trip or couples who want a modern place to relax while exploring the nation's capital. Details include:
- Private entrance with self-check-in via a keyless Yale lock system.
- A newly renovated kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and essential cooking supplies (note: no oven or stovetop).
- A cozy queen-size bed with extra linens and towels and a sizable closet
- A large flat-screen TV with free cable and high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Complimentary coffee and tea, with a Keurig machine, French press, and tea pot.
- Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, board, and ample closet space.

* You’ll enjoy full privacy in this ground level apartment on the lower level of a row home. Your unit has its own separate entrance from the rest of the building and two locked doors separating it from the main home.
* We’ve taken steps to soundproof the space, though occasional ambient noise from upstairs may be heard, similar to the ground floor of any other house.
* The unit has low ceilings (7 feet) due to its location in a historic row home.
* The unit is heated and air conditioned, but the only thermostat is upstairs. We will try to keep the basement comfortable and will gladly adjust the temperature upon request to keep your stay comfortable.
