Slokayana Villas

Beautiful, spacious villa. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Pool gets lovely daytime sun, which a lot of villas in Bali don't. In a quieter part of Uluwatu but easy to get a grab bike to where the heart of Uluwatu. Walking distance to Dreamland beach and Saltwood (which I recommend).

Basic necessities missing eg dishwashing liquid, hand towel to dry dishes etc. It's very minimal. Also the hairdryer has a UK plug - worth noting as coming from NZ I didn't have a UK plug convertor (I only travelled with a Balinese plug convertor).

We loved how big the property was. It was very spacious and a lot of wardrobe space to unpack. We liked the 3 bathrooms. Good early morning sun around the pool. House cleaning wasn’t scheduled but if you needed anything the staff would get on to it right away like fresh towels and filtered water.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like! However there was a little mould coming through the lounge room ceiling we think from the bathroom above. The A/C in the bedrooms were a little noisy so maybe pack some earplugs.

Toilet begane grond, vlotter reageert niet goed. De boiler heeft moeite voor 4 personen voor een warme douche

Voor een verblijf in Uluwatu is dit qua locatie een prima plek om te verblijven. De villa’s zijn groot opgezet van binnen en er is voldoende ruimte in de slaapkamers en badkamers. Goede restaurants op loopafstand.

De ramen en de deuren zijn van slechte kwaliteit en kunnen vanaf buiten makkelijk worden geopend. Contact met de eigenaar/Booking.com in verband met inkorten van ons verblijf verliep bijzonder moeizaam. Aan de overzijde van de villa zit in bijzonder leuk ontbijt en lunch restaurant. Helaas starten zij wel vroeg op waardoor er geluidsoverlast is van de ventilator en muziek vanaf 7:30 uur in de ochtend. Ook zijn de villa’s erg gehorig.
