Ładny apartament, bardzo duży, w tym dwie łazienki i dwa balkony. Super kuchnia, na wyposażeniu mnóstwo sprzętu AGD, niczego nie brakowało. Widok z balkonu bardzo przyjemny - widać częściowo ocean, na dole płynie strumyk. Parking poddziemny w cenie apartamentu - miejsce parkingowe jest względnie blisko wyjazdu, więc nie trzeba dużo kręcić samochodem. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie z wykorzystaniem skrytki, więc bezproblemowe. Lokalizacja również bardzo dobra - 15 min do centrum piechotą, blisko do portu, niedaleko są sklepy, obok droga wyjazdowa poza miasto.
