Good location. *Underground parking*. Beautiful view.

I prefer locations where access to the property does not involve having to arrange a meeting time. I had a delayed flight. Upon landing my esim which previously worked for 2 weeks in Portugal, would not connect. Result: no phone and no internet and no NAVIGATION ability, causing me significant delay and stress. This stress was exasperated by the host's great lack of understanding and considerable hostility. No empathy. No helpful suggestion. Only hostility.

The property is fabulous! Clean, cozy, lots of natural light, amazing view! Will definitely stay there again when coming to Madeira!

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It felt very comfortable and homely. The views were magnificent. The area had lots of nice restaurants and some small convenience stores. The pool area was clean. You can easily walk into town from the apartment, or take a bus or bolt for cheap.

The check-in process was frustrating, the very steep extra charges for checking in after 6pm are not fully disclosed at booking, so I challenged this. Despite messaging them when we arrived at the airport, we did have to wait on the street for half an hour and make calls to get them to meet us with the keys to let us in. It was also difficult to find as there was no instructions about where the door was and there are no signs. Be aware that the wine and food in the fridge, table, and around the apartment, which look like they may be complementary, all come at a cost. I found it a bit annoying as we had to ensure we didn't mix up our own stuff in the fridge with what was provided at cost. I found this unnecessary and would have preferred it not to be provided.
