Die Küche, auf dem Foto zu sehen, ist gut ausgestattet und angenehm.

Der Bereich zum Wohnen mag im Winter kuschelig warm sein, aber im Sommer viel zu warm und nicht zu lüften, da die Fenster ausnahmslos in der Küche sind und kühlende Nachtluft bekanntlich nicht die Treppen hinauf steigen kann. Die stark befahrene Straße ist bereits früh morgens zu hören.
