Excellent apartment for location and price

Michael was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. The apartment was in a great location. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Restaurants and grocery are easily within walking distance.

This could have been my misunderstanding, but I thought the apartment was serviced. I assumed there would be a regular cleaning service (bi-weekly, etc). He had the apartment cleaned once but then wanted to charge us for another cleaning. We were there for a month.

Beautiful modern and comfortable apartment

The apartment is modern, light and beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is provided for guests including minibar (we made the most of the coffee machine!) The owner Michael responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful and informative around the check in procedure. The garage was really handy for the car. The area felt safe and there’s a fabulous Brauhaus within walking distance for great food and beer. The train station is also within walking distance.

If you’re traveling in the summer months there’s only 1 AC in the dining area. We were pretty hot the first night but kept the AC running and the shutters down and it helped cool the bedrooms for the remainder of our stay

The open, spacious layout provides plenty of room for a family. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Other great features: half bath by entry in addition to full bath, balcony and garage.

Perfect apartment for work/vacation with all modern amenities.

Everything about this apartment is top-notch. My co-worker and I stayed here for an extended period of time and everything about this apartment was great for our stay. Michael was an excellent host and made sure that the apartment and all of the facilities were professionally cleaned and up to date.

This apartment lacks very little (if anything) that you could want as a leisurely traveler or professional on work travel. The amenities are as modern as possible (in design and material) and Michael is very helpful for anything that a traveler might need.

Fijn en ruim appartement, mooi afgewerkt en compleet

Mooi, schoon en compleet. Supermarkten en Restaurants bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. De reistijd (met de auto) naar het beursterrein is overzichtelijk.

De toegang tot het openbaar vervoer is helaas was minder. In deze omgeving moet je eigenlijk altijd rekening houden met flinke files.
