I have stayed in several apartments in Dubai in the past year and this is one of my favorites; it was clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated - no annoying tacky plastic flowers or ornaments; most things necessary for a short stay. Lovely walk in showers, spacious rooms and 2 balconies. Very good comms with the hosts - they kindly extended our check out time on request for free.
One of the bed mattresses was rock hard - this may be a preference for some people but it was really uncomfortable for me. There could have been a few more items in the kitchen too - eg: a cheese grater, colander and tumblers (wine glasses only were provided).

The location is good, same for the facilities of the building, large apartment
The apartment is clean, has a safe, iron, slippers, hairdryer, dishes and cookware, WiFi
Some furniture is broken (mostly drawers), so pay attention to it
We had a major issue with the lock - is is a smart lock that got discharged and we couldn’t lock the apartment at all, the issue was not addressed or fixed till we left (over a week it was broken).
1 day the WiFi was not working for 1/2 day
