Location, furniture in the appartment.
1) Location of car parking is not good and not possible to change following request
2) check in at 4 pm and check out at 11 am is not suitable and not common to have a so early check out and so late check in.
3) communication with property management: 4 days before check in, I requested to delay the check out by 1 to 2 hours (12 or 1 pm) and I left the apartment clean and organized (so their team won’t loose time to clean…). I reminded them one day before check out, on Whatsup about the above request and they did not decline this while answering me on check out process. I organized myself to leave at 12:00. The day of check out, they email me that I’ll have to leave at 11 am and not possible to change.

Appartamento carino e accogliente
Posizione non lontana dal centro ma per raggiungerlo con i mezzi pubblici ci vuole troppo. difficilissimo contattare la struttura prima di iniziare il soggiorno, non ci è riuscita neanche booking
