Stylish 2 bedroom apartment in Sobha Hartland

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The host, Svetlana, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating—thank you once again, Svetlana, for patiently answering all my questions in advance. We spent four weeks here, so it was essential for us to feel comfortable, and we definitely did. The area is lovely—quiet, green, and surrounded by many charming cafés. The little grocery shop right next to the entrance, including the friendly staff there, was extremely convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, and the view—especially from the pool, overlooking the Burj Khalifa—was truly impressive. The apartment is also centrally located, just about a 10-minute drive to Dubai Mall. Additionally, I was particularly delighted that a late check-out was possible; thanks again, Svetlana, for arranging this!

The apartment was generally clean and tidy, although the furniture in the living and dining areas appeared a bit worn. Particularly, the fabric sofa and armchairs showed some noticeable water stains, slightly impacting the overall positive impression. A small refresh would easily enhance the experience. Also, the kitchen could benefit from additional tableware—we had only one teacup and one large water glass. For a longer stay with two people, a slightly better-equipped kitchen would make the stay even more comfortable.
