The cleanliness the facilities and appearance of the room from the antique furniture and framed pictures of Catania to the high ceilings and how spacious the room is. A lot of care has been taken to restore the inside of this apartment and it shows. It's also very secure. A key card to enter the building, a key for the elevator and your key card to enter your room. As for the location, it's quite literally in the center of town. I found some amazing restaurants and cafes all of which were walking distance from the property ranging from 5min to 15min walk) Overall I highly recommend this property and the owner Giulia, who helped me with anything I needed, gave me recommendations on where to eat and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The next time I come to Catania, there is no question I will be staying here again.

The apartment was exactly as the photos depict. Perfect for us and it had everything we needed. Old world charm in a beautiful renovated historic building in central Catania. Easy access with a lift when needed. But the best part of our stay was the very kind hosts Giulia and Giovanni. We had major issues in getting to Catania as our flight was diverted to Palermo due to the eruption of Mt Etna. Giulia went over and above to arrange transport for us from Palermo to Catania as all the buses and trains were booked out. Her kindness and willingness to assist us was remarkable and not what would normally be expected. Thanks Giovanni for rescuing the hairdryer and your gift😀.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful historical apartment in Catania, Sicily. The apartment was full of character, with gorgeous furnishings and so many thoughtful details that made our stay feel truly special. Our host, Giuliana, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to welcome us, even greeting us late at night when our train from the Amalfi Coast arrived around midnight. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of our favourite features was the adorable balcony, where we enjoyed evening Prosecco and an antipasto platter — the perfect way to unwind and soak up the atmosphere of Catania. The location was fantastic, with the train station just a 10-minute walk away and plenty of wonderful restaurants, cafés and shopping right on our doorstep. And an added bonus was the lift, which was a welcome luxury and meant we could avoid the stairs that are so common throughout Europe! If you’re planning a stay in Catania, we highly recommend booking this charming apartment. Beautiful, comfortable, perfectly located and hosted by the wonderful Giuliana — we would happily stay here again.

Giulia was an absolutely wonderful host — warm, kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had a stunning view. The location was equally beautiful and made the whole stay feel truly special. Our flight was delayed, and despite the very late arrival, Giulia stayed in contact and waited for us throughout the night. We finally arrived at around 3 a.m., and she personally came to open the door, welcomed us warmly, handed us the keys, and took the time to explain all the amenities of the property, even sharing a few interesting local tips and stories. It is rare to come across such genuine hospitality and personal care. We felt incredibly welcome and looked after. Everything was perfect, and Giulia truly made our stay memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back!
