The location is perfect — a few minutes' walk from Piazza Duomo and the heart of the old town. The room was large, new and beautifully decorated, and the whole place is charming and carefully put together. Breakfast was impeccable. And it had the best bed of our entire month in Italy. They also let us leave our luggage well before check-in, which made the day work.

Central location is ideal to explore the main sights in Catania. The room is very well appointed, with quirkily distinctive decor, a very smart new shower room and a balcony tro enjoy the rooftop view. Great breakfast - one of the best I have had. Very friendly, reponsive owner.
Nothing really.

Fantastic hosts!

Breakfast was good! Though I read in some reviews that eggs are cooked to order. There are just hard boiled eggs now.
No cleaning for the entire stay. Towels are for three days. Refused to empty the waste basket after two days even when it was full. Wi-fi is way too slow. I have to use my own phone plan for wi-fi access. Location cannot be accessed by car. We have to take our suitcases and walk for almost 10 minutes in a strange city to get a ride to the next destination. No help was offered. It is on the third floor. It can be tiring after a long day. There is a lift but it was only used for luggage. I would not call this a luxury stay.
