Bagno.
Piano di sotto sgabuzzino con wc è un lavandino dove fai fatica a lavar le mani.
Piano di sopra doccia con erogatore pieno di calcare.
Se in 4 un po’ scomodo per via della gestione wc.
Al piano di sopra ritengo indispensabile inserire un piccolo wc.
