Urbanización tranquila, la piscina nos gustó mucho y el apartamento de 10 no le falta de nada, camas muy cómodas, decoración cuidada, muy bien equipada tanto la cocina como baños y habitaciones, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Repetiremos.

Nada muy reseñable a destacar negativamente.

Apartamento reformado y cuidado. Cocina equipada. Aire acondicionado y piscina climatizada.

Humedades en la planta baja que provocan malos olores en los armarios, al encender el aire de la habitación superior el compresor cuando lleva un tiempo en funcionamiento vibra y se oye.

The host is remarkable in everything they provide with this property, so much thought has gone into everything. There is nothing they could physically do to improve the property, based on everything we expected, wanted and needed. There is air conditioning throughout the whole property which is superb. The beds are very comfortable, though on the much firmer side. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need (though one bigger pan for stews etc would be appreciated). The fridge freezer is huge and great to stock up for cooking on the new stove/oven. WiFi is super fast for both download and upload which helped immensely with working remotely. There are even spare EU plugs for charging devices which I’ve never seen in another property. The property is SUPER clean and doesn’t suffer with any bugs or ants like many properties in Gran Canaria do! Washing machine was mega nice for cleaning clothes and a drying rack that can be put out in the sun.

One late evening we were having a conversation outside when the neighbour two doors down, who was also outside at the time, started shouting at us and told us we were not allowed to talk at all. His shouting woke the neighbour opposite, who then came out onto her balcony and also told us to be quiet. It left us feeling quite uncomfortable, especially as we had made every effort to be considerate throughout our two-week stay. Future guests should be aware that these neighbours appear to be very sensitive to any noise outside, even normal conversation. It’s even more frustrating given the nearby hotel was still blaring out music and the neighbour complaining had a dog that barks frequently without reason which made it difficult to work or read outside. We will book again because the property itself is so wonderful, but it’s certainly something to be mindful of if you’re thinking of using the outdoor space after 10pm. This is entirely beyond the hosts control.

Sfeervol ingericht modern huisje/appartement. Van alle benodigdheden voorzien zoals een compleet ingerichte keuken. Nette tuinmeubelen, zeer nette badkamer met heerlijke douche! Het bed sliep fantastisch en er is goed werkende airco. Fijn zwembad dat gedeeld wordt met de andere rondom gelegen appartementen. Het huisje heeft twee verdiepingen. De host is goed benaderbaar en reageert vlot op berichten.

Helaas geen zon meer in de tuin na de ochtend.
