About this house rental
Enjoy peace and relaxation to the fullest in this approximately 75 m² space.
This three-story bungalow on the Island of Eternal Spring can accommodate up to 4 people; the three floors are connected by a spiral staircase.
Here’s what awaits you on the three floors:
Basement – Bedroom (two single beds)
First floor – Kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom with washer and dryer, small courtyard, terrace with seating, and small garden with lounge area
First floor – Bedroom (double bed), bathroom
Kitchen:
As a self-caterer, you’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen.
In addition to dishes and silverware, you’ll find the following additional features in the kitchen:
- Drinking water filter system
- Ceramic cooktop with three burners
- New oven
- New dishwasher
- Refrigerator/freezer combo
- Coffee maker (filter coffee maker)
- toaster
- microwave
- electric kettle
- electric juicer
Quick tip:
A supermarket with all the necessary kitchen supplies (coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, etc.) is located right next door.
Right outside the door:
The furnished patio is perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying an al fresco dinner all year round.
Next to the patio, in the entryway, you’ll find a small courtyard with a brick charcoal grill and space to store bikes or similar items.
Work where others go on vacation?:
No problem! Free 4G internet lets you surf the web quickly. WPA2/3 encryption, a workspace, and a free laptop safe let you work stress-free without any (IT) security concerns.
And while we’re on the subject of security…

The bungalow is equipped with the latest security technology for your protection!
When you’re not in the bungalow, the combined alarm and video surveillance system ensures the safety of your valuables and your personal living space.
At the same time, it gives you particularly convenient access to the accommodation—completely keyless.
All you need is the handy RFID chip, which will be waiting for you in a key safe upon arrival. You’ll receive the PIN for the chip before your arrival, along with a welcome letter containing some tips and instructions, via text message or email.
Smoking? Feel free to do so on the terrace!
For the comfort of all guests, there is a general smoking ban inside the bungalow!
Ashtrays are provided on the terrace for this purpose.
If this rule is violated, we unfortunately must charge a cleaning fee of 150 euros, which is due immediately. The rental agreement will also be terminated with immediate effect.
In this case, you must vacate the bungalow immediately.
The resort:
The accommodations are located in the “Los Parales” resort, which comprises 52 bungalows, in the Campo Internacional de Maspalomas in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
Would you rather relax and swim in the resort instead of going to the beach?
The heated communal pool, featuring water fountains, a children’s area, and lounge chairs, makes that possible.
Looking for a parking spot for your rental car?
You won’t need one, because there’s plenty of parking right in front of the complex!
The surrounding area:
In addition to the supermarket (SPAR), you’ll also find restaurants.
About 80 meters away—in front of the “Koala” complex—is a taxi stand (and taking a taxi is very affordable in Gran Canaria compared to other countries).

We have just spent a week in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Probably the best equipped place we have stayed in over the years. We didn't have a car and it's very convenient for local buses. Andre, the owner, is very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. When something happened to the TV, he immediately ordered from Amazon and sorted the next day. Would definitely stay here again.
