The property was clean, comfortable and in a good location with parking. Good value for money and host was responsive.

The neighbours were very noisy with children screaming constantly but obviously this is completely out of the hosts control.

It was lovely, clean and cozy place. Felt homely. Close to the city centre, easy access to everywhere. Host was responsive and helpful with details I needed around the city

Stayed here for the Robbie Williams concert at The Halls. Great location 5 mins away.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, however the kitchen was not. There was food still in the oven, and the utensils and the utensil drawer were dirty. This place can accommodate potentially 8 people yet there were just 3 forks, 3 knives and 1 teaspoon. If more than 3 people were to eat you would have to take it in turns! Bizarrely everything was switched off when we arrived, the fridge, the freezer and the boiler so no hot water or heating until we realised it needed to be switched on. Didn't use the garden but you couldn't if you wanted to, just a muddy mess covered in black plastic sheeting. The neighbours next door were extremely noisy, lots of banging, lumping and kids screaming.
