Convenient 4 Bed Homely Retreat in Wolverhampton

Location was great for the event we attended, a few minutes by bus and approximately 20/30 minutes walk dependant on your pace. Place was clean and well kept. Bedroom downstairs was appropriate for 1 member of our group who has knee issues. Nice touch with the notes for different things(needs to be redone, can see it's been written long time now)an the welcome basket with milk and digestive was quaint, only used the milk however

Steps to the upstairs bedrooms were really steep but our group managed, not a deal breaker. We didn't go up and down the stairs often. Also the upstairs bathroom is an unsuite which meant others in an out that room at night or having to navigate the steep steps at night to use the washroom at the back beyond the kitchen. Which would mean a long trip disrupting your sleep. Also no heating. There was a note on the boiler that said timed but 10pm at night, it was cold and the radiators did not come on. When mentioned via the booking app in the messages,it magically came on for about an hr. We attended our event, returned had lunch left again then returning around 9:30 at night. We were up at 12mn that night still no heating. And it was cold as rain fell for the majority of the day with an over cast night with intermittent rain. So not sure what time the timed heating came on and went off.

There was lots of thought given into what is needed to stay... from a packet of chocolate biscuits, milk, teas and coffee.. Everything was labelled and instructions were very clear.

Stairs into the property and also to the first floor could be considered as steep, so just need to be careful if u have little children or people who struggle with stairs. On street parking whilst free can be a little challenging to find space, but is possible.
