Location, the room has enough bed for us 4 adult 2 kids. Kids still has an area to play it’s not too tight but just right

* The space was just right for 4 people, though adding more would make it overcrowded. * Internet connection was reliable. * Air conditioning was cold and worked well. * Free on-site parking is a plus.

* incorrect marketing description. The unit is not a 2-bedroom unit. Its a studio type with 2 large beds that can accomodate 4pax. * The check-in process was very inconvenient. The guard required photocopies of our IDs, which was never communicated by the unit owner beforehand. We only found out upon arrival—already ready to check in—which was frustrating. It’s not easy to find a place to photocopy IDs on the spot. This requirement should have been clearly advised during or immediately after booking. * Compared to other condo stays, this is the only place that required physical photocopies of IDs, which felt outdated and unnecessary. * The unit manager was slow to respond, which added to the inconvenience. * Cleanliness was questionable upon entry. We found leftover rice in the rice cooker, used bath soap, and a half-empty water bottle in the fridge, making it feel like the unit wasn’t properly cleaned or prepared. We checked in at around 5:30 PM, well past the 2:00 PM check-in time—so there was ample time to have the unit ready. * The beddings and blanket did not feel fresh or newly washed. If they were replaced, it certainly didn’t feel that way and needs improvement.

I like the location since it is very convenient for me and my family. The unit was clean.

I found out that if there is a power outage within the city, the generator of SMDC cannot supply enough power to every condominium unit. The Air-condition cannot be turned on during power outage, only the 2 lights and 1 socket can be turned on and used when the generator is On. Therefore, in my experience, I cannot recommend staying in SMDC Style Residences during scheduled power outage since it is very warm inside the condominium unit. Also, there's only two windows available in the unit.
