    the door was not functioning properly\. Every time I went back to my room, I had to ask the staff on the 1st floor to open the door for me, which was quite a hassle, especially when I was coming back tired\. I hope they can fix or replace the door lock because it would make the stay much more convenient for guests\.

    Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. The first room they gave me had a bad smell, so I had to request a room transfer. I really hope they can improve the cleaning and overall maintenance of the rooms. I’ve stayed at Figtree before, and honestly, it doesn’t feel like the same Figtree I used to stay at. It feels like the place has been downgraded compared to before. I hope they can bring back the cleanliness and quality they had previously because I used to really like staying here.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
