Good location close to PGE Stadium. Pretty comfortable flat with plenty of storage. Old Town is a nice 25min walk away over the bridge, great views on the way. A few nice breakfast cafes in the neighborhood. Quiet, windows face the courtyard. All transport stops very close. Washing machine and small balcony are a plus.

Sofa surface could use a good cleaning / wash. Windows could use a wash. Balcony should be cleaned. Bed mattress was extremely soft and hard to sleep on for my preference. We did not have hot water for one evening and morning. A key ring / holder would be great instead on 3 separate loose keys.

Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind gut, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Die Bedienung des Intercoms am Eingang ist mangelhaft erklärt. Man versteht erst nach vielen Anläufen, dass die Null das Intercom freischaltet und erst dann der vierstellige Code eingegeben werden muss. Übermittelt wurde ein fünfstelliger Code. Besser wäre, zu schreiben "0, dann warten, dann xxxx eingegeben." Das Bett ist bei einmal Draufsetzen zusammengebrochen. Das Problem, dass das Lattenrost nur notdürftig zusammengesteckt und kaputt war, war lt. telefonischer Auskunft wohl bekannt. Wir schliefen eine Woche mit der Matratze auf dem Boden. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer wäre u. E. kein Ersatz gewesen.
