Brak informacji o tym iż mieszkanie jest na drugim piętrze wysokiej kamienicy , jak trzecie piętro w bloku , bez windy , dla osoby po niedawnej operacji kolana masakra .

Lokalizacja dobra, zameldowanie bezproblemowe - klucz w skrzynce, jasne instrukcje.
Podobnie jak w kilku wcześniejszych opiniach - mieszkanie sprawiało wrażenie nie do końca posprzątanego. Ogólne poczucie, że czystość nie jest tu priorytetem. Dodatkowo woda w umywalce bardzo słabo spływała - odpływ wymaga udrożnienia. Szkoda, bo miejsce ma potencjał, ale wymaga porządnego sprzątania.
