Ok
When I booked a hotel room, I didn't receive instructions on how to get into a room with no reception or staff, nor did I receive the door number or lock code. I called but couldn't get through, then chatted on Booking.com to find out how to get into the hotel until I received the instructions, wasting over an hour. The room number was incorrect, and there was no key, so I had to ask again. Everything else was fine.
