What an amazing stay. The apartment was clean, super modern, really well located and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for a family of 4. Philippe was an unbelievable host, his quick responses and willingness to help in every way truly made the stay perfect. This is a gem of a place!

very good communication, cooperation and tips where to go, what to do everything was clean, location in paris was in good quarter (groceries, restaurants etc.)

The apartment was recently renovated, and everything is new. The neighborhood is fairly safe and clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower is spacious and very clean. Bonus points for the toiletries provided 🙂.
Only minor thing is that the heating is not adjustable, this is controlled at the building's level. The owner is looking into this.

Un appartement très bien décoré et agréable, très fonctionnel, suffisamment grand, dans lequel on se sent chez soi, à l'aise immédiatement. L'hôte est très disponible, il répond rapidement aux message quelle que soit l'heure et se montre serviable et aimable. Un lieu à recommander !!
