We were surprised from the moment of our first entrance - almost all furniture was different from the pics in a good way - it was brand new, very modern looking and comfortable. Sofa and chairs were a pleasure to sit, TV was 3x times bigger than on the photos, new air conditioners in all 3 rooms. Overall every room and backyard were much spacier than it looks on the pics. Maybe by the time you read it the pics will be renewed, but anyway it's a very comfortable and big place to stay. Other pluses are 10-15 walk to La Cinta beach, 5 min walk from Dettorimarket and if you need to buy something urgent, then there is a shop right across the street. Some restaurants and pizzerias are nearby. Property provides a reserved parking space for one car, but if you have two or more it's really easy to park them nearby. Nicola was very supportive and quick to react to any requests, was a pleasure to be in contact. Overall the stay was very lovely and comfortable and I would definately book there again if I visit San Teodoro and I would recommend this place to anyone - it is much better than expected!

Famiglia di quattro persone e cane, proprietà disponibilissima e casa molto ampia e spaziosa, oltre che ben posizionata per La Cinta e altre spiagge. Arredamento completamente rinnovato, maxi schermo, wi fi, giardino con patio vivibile, bbq ecc. Scelta veramente azzeccata, grazie Nicola!!!

We didn't want to hire a car so location was important. San Teodora, 30 minutes south of Olbia airport, has a pretty centre, plenty of shops and restaurants and beautiful beaches not far from the town. The beach bus runs every hour during summer months and conveniently starts and finishes the round trip to beaches and centre from close by the apartment. The airport bus and bus to Olbia also stops on the main road not far from the apartment. The apartment has everything necessary for cooking and a pleasant covered area and garden for eating outside. Nicola was nearby and helpful and arrival and departure went smoothly. Be aware that there is an extra charge for bedding and towels which we found unusual. You need to take you own beach towels and umbrella. But overall, a very comfortable stay.

la casa è piuttosto grande ottima per una famiglia di 3 - 4 persone con un bel soggiorno dotato di una cucina completa, frigorifero, forno stoviglie varie... Due camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale grande ed armadi piu che capienti. bellissimo il porticato con relativo giardino ideale per cenare all'aperto. Tutta l'abitazione è coperta da WI-FI gratuito e completamente con aria condizionata .....sopratutto PULITISSIMA !!!! L''appartamento inoltre è situato in una posizione molto tranquilla ed abbastanza comoda per raggiungere anche a piedi la vicina spiaggia de LA CINTA (12 minuti ...circa un Km) . nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano una farmacia , un minimarket, un bar, un bazar ed una pasticceria . ottima l'accoglienza la disponibilità e la cortesia di Nicola e della sua famiglia MOLTO CONSIGLIATO
