Very nice, great location. Nice, large bedrooms. Excellent air condition. Maurizio is a very nice landlord.

The property was very nice and comfortable and a great location in the heart of Trastevere. The hosts were very helpful - meeting us when we arrived an answering questions during our stay.
You could hear the street noise in the room facing the street. If the air conditioning fan was going it was fine but I could hear noise when it went off. It wasn’t terrible but would have been better if I could have gotten the fan to run continuously.

Location was excellent. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Would enjoy staying there again.
The two flights of stairs are a bit difficult to handle with luggage, however we managed. This is part of the charm of staying in a historic building.

The property was situated in the heart of Trastevere. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the little balcony with the view of the streets below was beautiful.
The steps were steep to climb but as long as you’re aware they’re a welcome exercise to burn off the pizza and pasta.
