Tutto bene, servizio ottimo e pulizia ok.
Purtroppo non ci possono far nulla ma la struttura è ubicata in uno stabile molto fatiscente. Dall’ingresso ti rendi conto che ci abitano molti stranieri, data anche dall’odore forte di spezie che si sente appena varchi la soglia del portone.

The staff support by whatsapp was excellent. They gave me proper orientation on arriving to the place, unlocking the door etc. Wifi internet access was not working due to the ISP provider issues, and the staff was aware of that. The facilities and amenities are good enough for a short stay. The room and restroom were perfectly clean. The room is comfortable and the conditioning air worked very well for the very hot days in Rome. Value is good for the location,, which is very close to the Rome Termini.
I have no complains at all. The access to the room requires a bit of attention to not get lost. It is a matter of attention to the instructions given in the pdf file. The staff was very patient on solving my personal misunderstanding.
