De locatie ligt op 5 minuten lopen buiten de stadsmuren. Voordeel is dat je geen last hebt van rolkoffers en andere drukte. Bovendien verblijf je tussen de marokkanen. Het appartement zit in een gebouw waar onderwijs wordt gegeven. De sfeer is daardoor open en vriendelijk binnen in het gebouw. Er zijn voldoende winkels in de buurt voor brood en andere levensmiddelen. De prijs- kwaliteit is bovengemiddeld.
