Nous avions réservé de dernière minute. Nous avions été très bien accueilli dans ce joli appartement très bien équipé et spacieux. La résidence est au calme avec un parking privé.

Appartement conforme aux photos, très grand et très propre. Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage et de la médina. Grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Les instructions d’Ilham pour accéder au boîtier à clés sont claires et très pratiques à l’arrivée.
Absence de double vitrage, ce qui rend l’appartement assez bruyant. Situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur, ce qui peut être contraignant avec une poussette. Il pourrait être utile de prévoir un petit four ou un micro-ondes.

Casa molto grande e dotata di ogni comfort sia in sala, sia in cucina che bagno. Letto comodo e ampie possibilità di parcheggio su strada pubblica non a pagamento. Posizione ottimale non lontana dal porto e dalla medina (in auto a soli 5 minuti) e bella vista sulla città avendo a disposizione anche un enorme terrazzo, anche se non attrezzato (ma forse perché inverno)
Mancanza di riscaldamento/raffrescamento ad eccezione di una stufetta elettrica che però non riusciva a riscaldare l'ambiente molto grande, spifferi dalle finestre (che in inverno non è piacevole specie senza riscaldamento), quarto piano senza ascensore che è un problema per chi ha valigie grandi.
