The flat was a very good size, and thoughtfully organized.
Cleanliness of the outside of the building door (street entrance).

The location was great for what we wanted - to be away from a high-tourist area, but still have easy access to the main parts of the city.
We were ready to check in at 3pm (check in time), however the apartment had not yet been cleaned. The apartment also did not have general essential items like a hair dryer, kitchen items like olive oil, salt, pepper, wine bottle opener, which would be helpful.

Bedden waren fijn, comfortabel en lekker lang
Kapotte douche/badkraan die gemaakt zou zijn/worden, slechte staat van andere douches, service na klachten was slecht, bv monteur is geweest ( na overleg) tijdens onze afwezigheid, maar probleem was niet opgelost terwijl aangegeven werd dat het was gemaakt
