Sehr schöne, komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Balkon. Es ist an alles gedacht, sogar Duschgel und Shampoo sowie diverse Putzutensilien standen bereit. Der Kontakt zu den stets hilfsbereiten Vermietern war sehr nett. Wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Die nächste Underground Station Old Street ist 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, sodass man schnell ins Zentrum gelangt.
Die Wohnung heizt sich recht schnell auf, und die bereit stehenden Kühlgeräte bringen nicht wirklich Besserung. Parken vor dem Haus ist möglich, aber während des Tages nur für 4 Stunden und recht teuer. Wir haben uns deswegen einen JustPark Parkplatz in der Nähe gesucht.

Two aspects of the stay in particular were fantastic - the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the layout , modern decoration and top quality of the appliances of the apartment made it very homely. Also having a balcony in this heat was a real bonus.
The fans were not very affective and need to be upgraded . Trying to keep the apartment cool was a challenge. Also the blinds were a bit awkward for petite people like us. I wasn’t a fan of them.

L'appartamento è dotato di ampia cucina con frigo e freezer, macchina per caffè (cialde) microonde, forno e buona fornitura di stoviglie e pentole. Le 3 camere sono dotate di letti matrimoniali; i bagni sono 2: 1 con la vasca/doccia e uno solo wc e lavandino. Ci sono prodotti per pulizia e anche alcuni per la cucina (zucchero, sale, the e caffè solubile). 4° piano con ascensore, bella vista, vicinanza ad un parco pubblico. Non distante da una buona linea metro e vicnissimo a linea bus.

A proper sized 3 bedroom apartment in a good North London location.
Host was intermittently responsive on Whatsapp. They did manage to source us an ironing board after initially reporting it missing 4 days earlier.
Apartment was tired and in some state of disrepair.
Cracked stovetop, semi-working oven, scuff marks everywhere.
Beds were saggy
Areas of the living room were dusty.
Furniture in the living room somewhat haphazard also showing obvious signs of wear.
Some window blinds worked, while others didn't.
Upstairs apartment regularly smoking cigarettes and marijuana - smell permeates into the living area and butts found flicked down onto our balcony.
