The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine and a full kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. The neighbourhood felt safe, and we felt very secure and comfortable inside the property as well. The building was easily accessible, with an elevator large enough to accommodate our family and our luggage.
Check-in and check-out were both simple and straightforward. The property manager was excellent with communication, responding quickly whenever we had questions and providing very clear instructions, including practical details such as garbage disposal. The location also worked well for us. While it is not really within walking distance of central London, it was close enough that getting into the city by Uber was easy and convenient. Overall, the facilities were great and we had a wonderful stay.
My only real criticism was the lack of air conditioning. It would have made the apartment more comfortable, particularly during warmer weather, but it was not a major issue and certainly did not take away from our overall positive experience.

Property was fantastic. 4 adults staying for 5 nights and was perfect for our needs. About a 2 minute walk from the nearest tube station which meant that although being outside of central London it was easy to access everywhere very quickly. Host were fantastic and great with responses and very accommodating. Had slight technical issues with WiFi on arrival but a quick WhatsApp message and this was sorted. Highly recommend!

Location was great close to old street station.
Security was good using fobs to gain access.
Host very communicative.
The room was extremely warm but the host provided fans. We stayed in June which was hot, no complaining about the weather though.

Right in middle of old street so good location, find to chill from for work
Very basic - don’t get me wrong you have what you need, but no little milk or thought to welcome - that sort of thing.
